CANCELLATION POLICY

The clinic operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in the full fee being charged. We are happy, however, to waiver this fee if your appointment can be filled, so the earlier you can let us know if you can’t make your appointment the better. You never know when you may be needing an emergency appointment yourself one day!
