Following the Government's announcement on 10th May 2020, our governing bodies CSP, Physio First and PHE have issued guidelines on re-opening physiotherapy services up to the public. The AP Clinic is now offering virtual sessions and face to face treatment, where deemed appropriate. Initially patients will be asked a series of questions regarding their current state of health via a phone call. Special measures have also been applied to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our patients and staff. We are committed to Covid-19 infection prevention and control (IPC) guidelines and have systems in place to ensure a clean and safe environment. Please call us to discuss your needs.

Keep well!

We have worked extensively on patients who have had operations (bunionectomy, hip/knee replacement, arthroscopy, etc) and sustained fractures or dislocations. We are used to working closely alongside consultants, GPs, podiatrists, pilates instructors and personal trainers to facilitate your recovery. This communication is vital to enable the optimal management of your injury and to facilitate a personalised and smooth transition period back to health. The clinic also offers one-to-one pilates sessions for certain problems (maternity, back injuries) which require specific core strength exercises and flexibility work.
